This Policy applies to every product, product listing, order, shipment, customer communication, and use of the Golden State Peptides website. It controls any shorter research-use statement appearing elsewhere on the website.

2. Qualified researchers

A purchaser must be at least 21 years old and must accurately select the researcher type that best describes the purchaser:

  • Academic/university researcher
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical professional
  • Contract research organization
  • Private/independent researcher

A purchaser must also possess the knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, safety procedures, and legal authority appropriate for the proposed laboratory research. A private or independent researcher is not exempt from these requirements. Golden State Peptides may request verification and may refuse access or an order when eligibility or research purpose cannot be verified.

3. Uses that are not permitted

  • Human or veterinary consumption, use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, implantation, or administration by any route.
  • In vivo use in humans or animals.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
  • Medical, therapeutic, clinical, patient-care, compounding, dietary, cosmetic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, performance-enhancement, or household use.
  • Use as or in a food, dietary supplement, drug, cosmetic, medical device, or household product.
  • Any unlawful use or any transfer, relabeling, promotion, or resale for an unauthorized use.

4. No medical advice or approval representation

Golden State Peptides does not provide medical advice, dosing or administration instructions, treatment recommendations, or reconstitution guidance for administration. No website statement or analytical document represents that a product is safe, effective, sterile, approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or suitable for human or veterinary use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

5. Researcher responsibilities

  • Independently determine whether a product, analytical method, storage method, and experimental protocol are suitable and lawful for the proposed research.
  • Review available product and safety information and use appropriate facilities, containment, personal protective equipment, storage, labeling, chain-of-custody, and disposal procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, environmental, hazardous-material, shipping, and institutional requirements.
  • Prevent access by children, animals, and unauthorized persons and prevent ingestion, administration, inhalation, and unintended exposure.
  • Provide complete and accurate qualification, account, order, payment, shipping, and research-purpose information.

6. Resale, redistribution, and transfer

Products may not be resold, redistributed, transferred, relabeled, or promoted for human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, household, personal, or other unauthorized use. Any commercial or institutional resale or redistribution arrangement requires Golden State Peptides’ prior written approval and must remain limited to legitimate laboratory research, comply with applicable law and our policies, preserve required labeling and traceability, and prohibit onward transfer for an unauthorized use. Approval may be withheld or withdrawn at any time.

7. Enforcement

We may request verification, limit access or quantities, hold or cancel orders, suspend or close accounts, refuse service, or take other lawful action when we reasonably suspect false information, fraud, control circumvention, diversion, misrepresentation, or a use inconsistent with this Policy. Access to the Site, account creation, or payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.

8. Risk allocation

Research materials may have hazardous, uncharacterized, or toxic properties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful selection, possession, handling, storage, research use, transfer, and disposal. The liability, warranty, and indemnification provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply. Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
